Get fit for the summer and join us for a weekend of fitness, healthy food and relaxation. Arrive for early check-in at 2pm on Friday 8th March ready for a group induction at 3pm in our Health Club before a body conditioning class at 4.30pm. Enjoy a healthy dinner and overnight stay with a nutritious breakfast, preparing you for the day ahead.
Saturday begins with an energetic circuits class followed by a healthy, balanced lunch. If you’re still feeling active, take time to explore the surrounding countryside before the spin and abdominal workout at 4pm, or take a dip in our 18m pool and make full use of our steam room, sauna and monsoon showers.
After an action-packed day, enjoy a three course a la carte dinner served in our award winning WinePress restaurant before a well deserved sleep in one of our twin rooms. Start Sunday with a relaxation class and wholesome breakfast before heading home feeling healthier, energised and refreshed.
As a special pampering treat, we’ve included a 1 hour 25 minute Silhouette Part Body Wrap, which aids detoxification, helping with cellulite and water retention. Treatment times have already been reserved, so please choose from 5.30pm on Saturday or 10am or 11am on Sunday when making your reservation. *
